Preventing ceiling drywall sag when insulating

Your ceiling was probably never straight in the first place. Either the finish job isn't good or the trusses were not built or installed level. I'm glad I'm ignorant :headscrat: because my 1/2" drywall installed on 2' on center truesses is as straight as the day I put it up 4 years ago. Heck my...

    Looking for a screwdriver (cordless)

They work very smooth and they are infinitely adjustable, no predetermined setting. One other thing that is nice about them is if you get a stubborn fastener they have a lock out switch that when activated locks up the unit so you can break the fastener loose with out damaging the unit.

    Hot Dawg Gas line question

Natural gas or propane will have a regulator. I just checked my gas companies web site for pressure of natural gas delivered to my house, it's only 1/4 psi. Propane I think is only 1/2 psi after a regulator. So I think your 40 psi is over kill and it might of dropped from a temperature...

    Problem with Single Post Lift

We use to use a garden hose and flush it out with water. But we had floor drains to get rid of the muck and water.

    Problem with Single Post Lift

Something could be stuck in the guide post hole. The gas station I use to work at had single post hoist and the same thing would happen to them. But in their case it was usually muck in the bottom of the pipe from frequent floor washings.
