The meat saws I have seen do not have much if anything for blade guides. If so it could run into a bunch of fabrication.

Thanks for both the compliment and the advice. I wasn't really thinking about durability or discoloration. I just liked the look. I kinda want something different than a plain wall. I'm planning on OSB on the top and keeping my wall of peg board on the top of the end wall.
