    Its currently bare. We have cats and the wife is always sweeping down there and was asking if we could put something down. She seems to think there's a lot of dust so ill give something a try

    basement floor

    Looking for something to put on the basement floor primarily to keep the dust down. Definitely don't want to grind, Nothing fancy or smelly. Floor is 20yrs old in very good/near perfect condition.. Was looking at Radonseal or thinking maybe using a densifier ? Whats a good route ?

    Price To Hire Contractor To Epoxy 3-Car Garage?

    I live near buffalo ny. One place I called advertised one day floors. Started at $6/sq ft. "dependant on floor condition" . They used Penntek Coating System. Another place did 100% solids and wanted $4.75/sq. with no floor repair, grind and coat only.

    thanks...Ill give it a quick once over... It really is rougher than the parts grinded next to it.. Isn't that what the primers/epoxies like a rough surface
