I got mine off ebay about 3 weeks ago for $140 from CPO Outlets. Now most places are between $170 & $180. $159 sounds like a good deal unless you can wait and watch ebay and see if it drops back down.
Neither. We have little kids and dogs. Porcelain tile is very durable and comes in many styles. Then just use area rugs where you want.

I would go for a kit like this one from HD. You get the batteries and a very good drill and impact driver.

Yes we did both link the same set . I just saw Ebay dropped the price on the set to match Amazon so I think I will wait for an Ebay coupon and pick them up. The TSC set looks decent and I will keep it in mind. Thanks!
This may be a better avenue. I won't use the torx and I could get the smaller set and then add a hex set which would cover most of my needs. Thanks for the input.
So I picked up the M12 3/8" Stubby Impact and I am looking at getting a complete set of 3/8" impact sockets. I was looking at this Sunex set as it looks pretty complete and got good reviews online. I am just a weekend warrior so these would not be used daily for making money but I will tackle...
I picked up this kit about 2 weeks ago.

I only have about 10 hours of work between the drill and driver so limited...
I have one of these in my workshop. It is about 4 years old and I couldn't be happier with it. Adjustable height and really easy to clean. I find it very comfortable as well...
42" is the southeastern Michigan frost line. I would just dig down 48" with a auger and use 10' posts. You can rent a auger pretty cheap from any tool rental and it will save a lot of work. No gravel underneath. Just make the concrete a dry mix and use a long 2X2 to help with concrete...
A roof installed to code may not be installed to the shingle manufacturers requirements and therefore would not be warrantied by the manufacturer. Review your contract to see if the roof install will be per the manufacturers requirements. Otherwise you will not have a material or labor warranty...
I am close to pulling the trigger on a Direct Lift Pro Park 8S but had a question for anyone who has installed these. My garage is exactly 20' deep. The installation instructions state you need a minimum of 6' in the front of the lift for installation. I am assuming this relates to the release...
Footing, columns and beams, and precast concrete planks. Keep the basement. If you really need to fill it put a couple holes in the basement slab and fill it with pea gravel.
I would recommend at least get the insulated door. Way sturdier and quieter. We have CHI doors and are happy with them. Also make sure they are installed correctly. If the door split in half it was not installed correct.
