    Milwaukee nailer

I have the M12 Milwaukee system and one M18 tool. I‘m thinking of buying a nailer for small projects such as frames, shelving, etc. What size and tool should I start out with? I am not familiar with nail gauges etc, just an older woman who wants to do a few projects around the house and needs...

    Choice of Miter Saws

I am a 60+ year old woman who has always wanted a miter saw to build some misc garden projects, potting bench, and Adirondack chairs, etc. I have enough credit card points to get one of these saws with no cash outlay: (all retail for around retail for $239-259): Makita 10”...

2017 milwaukee power tools deal thread

Hello, I have a question. My mother liked my M12 drill and impact driver and wanted something similar for Christmas. I found this one at Home Depot, and the salesman told me this drill/driver combo would do the job of both the drill and impact driver that I have. M12 FUEL 12-Volt Cordless...

Hi, newbie here. I am going to start with some rough woodwork projects (outside stuff, etc) not fine furniture building. Thought I probably need a sander to smooth edges, etc. What sander would you recommend? Note: I have Milwaukee M12 tools now. I don't really understand the difference...

Thanks IGN...ordered one today. I like the fact you can get the bigger battery and not have to pay for another charger I don't need. Good buy!

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I am planning on getting an M12 hackzall, primarily to cut up limbs (usually small) that fall off my cottonwood tree constantly, and whatever other DIY projects I might need it for. Is it worth it to pay the additional cost to get the fuel version? Or is the regular fine for my DIY needs?

Electric outlets in the concrete floor and carpet

Yes you will have to pick the location so you will be responsible if you misjudge. Measure carefully. They are worth having though IMO.

    Getting rid of a pool

When the kids get up to 17, 18, 19, they start using the pool again....becomes the cool place for them to gather and hang out. So you might wait a few more years before making a permanent decision. Have you checked into a salt cell system? We had that on our pool and it was pretty maintenance...
