My father, retired Journeyman Tool and Die Maker, Pontiac Motors, has a hitch on one of his boxes he pulled all over with a fork lift..
Snappy bench type box with like 8" castors on it..
Makita even has a Backpack Vacuum that seems incredibly professional grade..
That's one reason I really like Makita, they may not always be the post powerful or fastest tools, but they seem to have products seriously geared toward professionals/industry at a level that even Milwaukee doesn't...
Well she works for a property management company and uses them professionally so its a bit more important to have quality tools than the only cleaning you own house..
Also important to have extra batteries..
Have many of you used any of these cleaning products from Ryobi or Makita?
I'm talking about things like their vacuums like the makita cordless vacuum or the Ryobi one
For the girl you know.. Gotta keep them happy too :)
But I think it would be cool to get her rechargable cordless cleaning...
Looks like I have a mix of early and later ones..
I’m kinda just trying to decide if I should keep these in with my metrics that I use or if they should be set aside To not be used or moved to someone else who is really into these things..
AvE is great..
If you are offended by him you are probably one of those guys who has perfectly clean tools with no scratches on em..
I take him as a field mechanic, make it work by any means necessary, rather than a restoration mechanic to make things absolutely perfect back to spec..
Have got...
I have like 20 of them from buying random lots of tools but hardly ever reach for them..
Always just seem to use a 1/4” socket if I’m putting one on a ratchet or otherwise am already into but driver type stuff..
I more often go from bit to square drive than the other way around..

Could someone help make these pics show for me? I don’t know how to do it from a phone..
Also strangely, these Hazet wrenches seems to be slightly magnetic..
They kinda stick together slightly like they are somehow...
Got these at a garage sale, marked for $6, but bought in a lot for $40 total..
They say....
CHROM Hazet 450 VANADIUM GERMANY
Same on both sides except only one side says Germany..
Quick search says these have something to do with old Porsches?
Know anything about them?
I’ll try to post pics in...
I have had my variable speed Cman DP for a while now, and have added an XY vice..
I have beat the **** out of it milling things and running adjustable fly cutters on it etc..
It will even work kinda good as a surface grinder if you can chuck up your piece and put an angle grinder in the XY...
Well, we put the small down payment on it today..
Stupid or not..
So it is happening..
I have a ton of ground work to do though..
Which is kinda good..
