I've worked with epoxy coatings for years. Mostly in the bar/restaurant business. Yes clear epoxy will yellow in time and no poly urethane is not going to take the yellow out. I epoxied my garage 20 years ago with no clear, just straight up Sherwin Williams floor epoxy and no yellowing.

What machine would you recomend to use with the 36-60 grit? Reason I ask, I have a floor 10 years old that I want to redue.

I would imagine a floor sander would get rid of 90% of the paint. I do furniture restoration for a living. We use a chemical called Metholene Clhoride for stripping most items, including painted pieces. If it were me I would sand off what you can and apply stripper on stuborn areas.

I store my boat in my garage, bow first. So this means that little hard plastic wheel in front needs to roll the length of my garage. My question, will the race deck be able to handle this and support the 300# of pressure it will see from this type of action. Does anyone else with a boat have RD?
