    Posting photos

Basically Photobucket is now charging for people to host photos and display them on a forum. The plan to be able to do so is almost $400 a year. As mentioned above by NUTTSGT, implementation and experiences vary widely. I had less than 400 photos uploaded and maybe only a third of those...

    Who is a grease expert?????

OP, is that a 4 wheel or a 6 wheel Pinz? It always cracked me up seeing the Brits move howitzers with those seemingly overloaded vehicles, but they are very capable. I'm not a grease expert. You're likely already good on grease just by actually greasing it. I use Valvoline Synpower synthetic...

Upgraded my 1/2" drive game with a set of SK deep sockets. 10-24mm delivered today. Conveniently also waiting on my front step was my warranty replacement 45183 SK flex head 3/8" drive. Chrome pealed off the head, so they replaced it no questions asked. Love this ratchet.

    The VISES of Garage Journal

So I recently picked up an Athol 113 in OK shape. A couple small chips in the jaws, but that's it. Everything else is square, straight, and smooth. I didn't need another vise, but for $20 why not. For clean up, I would use vinegar and some wire brushing to clean off the rust. It has...

Those ball joint kits really come in handy for u-joints too. That is the main reason I bought the Harbor Freight cheapie version ball joint press.

New set of wrenches to ride in the truck. Mainly for roadside emergency use. Nice complete set from Tekton. I tried out some of the common sizes and the fit is pretty good. Looking at this set and then a one off Tekton socket I had, I may buy some more of their stuff. Then we have the flea...

Wobble extensions....what length if just buying one?

I'm only a shadetree user, but I have almost 30 years on a 3" 3/8 and 2" 1/2 drive wobble extension that I bought off a white truck when I was young and had disposable income. Unless you enjoy collecting tools(who doesn't), you can probably get by with just one decent size of each. I use the...
