Update: Got the floor bung off finally. Took some penetrating fluid, an 1,100ftlb cordless impact and some patience. No dipstick on the bung but the level is about 35" below the floor level and only approx. 6" deep. I have no idea where the fluid level is supposed to be or what amount of fluid...
