I have been trying to fixing a set of pass through sockets that have a 5/8” six point drive side. I have an older craftsman multi ratchet that uses this size. Any insight? Most of what I have found has been a differing style of spline drive.

You guys have much better pickings for vises than my area!!!!!!

Now he is adding a 1960s 4 1/2" craftsman vise to the deal for $500. Have to admit that makes it a lot sweeter.

The main problem is the vise availability is just not in this area. I know that $500 is insane but the pice of vises in my area has gone insane.

The only repair I know of is a sad one. The Parker hoop that hold the screw into the dynamic jaw was broken. It has been replaced with a machines steel part. I don't see anything else wrong with it. Just can't get too excited about a $500 price tag!

What would you fellas pay for a restored Charles Parker 956? I have a chance to buy one but the price seems high.
