My compressor has been taking longer and longer to build air and I've been getting oil in tank. I'm thinking to just replace the pump rather than buy a whole new compressor. Can I buy a bigger pump or do I need to get the same one? wheres a good place to buy one? Thanks

I have an older floor jack that has not been used in a few years. its an american forge and foundry 3 ton. It does not work at all but has not leaked oil. I found a parts list on there website so it seems plausible to rebuild it but I don't know if its worth it. any input? could it be a simple...

I tried pulling the pressure relief valve and starting, no change. It does have an unloader valve. I still think it might have something to do with the start cap but I'm not sure how to go about testing that.

so assuming the wiring is correct where do I go from here?
