That looks exceptional. Congratulations. I think you should take your trimming skills and make 2 edge pieces to fill in the gaps at the edge of the Racedeck around the support pole.

Car falls off jack and kills a man

I work at Advance Auto Parts, so I get to see the armpit of wrenchers all the time. This past weekend, a guy was changing a battery in his Dodge Stratus (in the front wheel well - gotta remove the wheel/tire to change it). Well, he had it jacked up with the flimsy factory jack and nothing under...

I LOVE that wall. Once the drive is poured out front and the landscaping is done, it will look even more amazing.

I DEFINITELY enjoyed looking. It is amazing what's gone on there in such a short amount of time.

    Carb cleaner vs. brake cleaner

Brake cleaner all the way! Just be sure to use gloves because the stuff will irritate the heck out of your skin.

    Ultimate battery changin' box

Word. I should have mentioned there's a bit of informal "training" to complete before they use it. We've had bad luck using a memory saver; through the ALDL port or through a power port.

    Ultimate battery changin' box

I hear that. I use the battery carrier a lot. (Group 65's with no handles in lifted F150's = pretty tough without a carrier.) That's really the only way to ensure all systems in all vehicles remain powered. We use a jumper pack and alligator leads.

    Ultimate battery changin' box

I've been at AAP for over 2 years now, so I know where you're coming from. BUT, where's your battery carrier and brush?? Do you just use the store's?

    Anybody NOT into old tools?

I only buy a tool to use; can't afford anything else. I appreciate the history, quality, and everything else of old tools, but I'd rather spend the money on "collecting" the things those tools built and maintained.
