Was just looking for some yesterday, sale price at AutoZone was $10 higher. I remember I bought these last year then AZ and others were practically giving castrol synthetic away a few months later for about $1/qt.
CPO has at least some sizes cheaper. 3X red hoodie is $99 at CPO, $109 Grainger. Shipping free at CPO and $11 for me at Grainger.
Only thing I hate about the one I have is no hood, solved that problem.
I was just coming here to post a very similar deal at AZ. I got 5 quart jugs of Mobil 1 5w20 full synthetic for $10. Doesn't come up on their site but it was listed on the shelf, I didn't think it would ring up but sure enough it did. Normal is like $8/qt.
I'm not sure what they are for really. A Tender Jr. will work on anything you need and for under $20. It is half an Amp more than a Jr. but I have no issues with a Jr. charging/maintaining even multiple battery machines.
Several places last year also clearanced these shirts about this same time. Look for very large sizes and the ugliest of colors. I bought 5 4xl's in blue for less than $5ea. They are slowly shrinking to fit a bit better. I hate pocket Tee's but for that price and as nice and thick as these...
Usually the way they "get away " with it is the points you receive are only god for the short period of time. Some of these came up a few months back on some electronics and the points were only good for about the following 14 days.
FWIW I am only seeing 100 points available on this.
Decided to go and see what mine had, shelves looked like a store 2 hours after black Friday opening. Pretty much nothing Gear Wrench left. All the single piece ratcheting wrenches were $5-$7.5.
They had a sale on a lot of Stanley stuff but, at least for the boxes, it was 10% off or less.
Am I the only one that has to join C-man club every time I want to buy something at their price? I've had to have joined at least 10 times now and they still have no idea I am a member.
I'm in if I can get the stupid membership to work once again.
Unless they updated recently the way they lock in place, you just push the button where it hinges, is a bit of a PITA. It is pretty easy to hit it and unlock them while in use. Other than that for $40 it is nice to have for those few times that they are just the right wrench for that oddball...
