woodturner9, you mentioned that a dryer is a dual voltage device and uses 120 and 220 VAC. Typical dryer connection is two hots and a neutral - for the welder, you want two hots and a ground and if I have a four prong dryer receptacle, I might be able to make it work, but it is still not to code...
I couldn't find anything in the way of price that came close to it . I hope i'm not disappointed in my decision and it does every thing I need it to do. Kudos to you BD1 for giving me the heads up to this great deal and sberry for confirming it and to all others who chimed in. I can tell you...
Will the Miller 180 plug into my dryer or will I have to make an adapter cord?
You've all been great with your responses, Thanks.

I'm trying to restore my 51 Chevy wagon, and I need to replace the floor pans and install a MII IFS front suspension along with a rear springs & bracket kit and along with other misc. welding.
Can I use the Eastwood 90A Flux Core Welder. This will most likely be all the welding i'll ever do. I...

This one's for mjozefow, You show two boxes in one pic. a smaller one on top of a longer one,
the one on the top is the one I just bought three of. I just posted a question on the forum

Does anyone have a source for the smooth head rivets that Craftsman used on their small carry toolboxes? I purchased three boxes from the 40s-50s and I would like to do a great job on them by removing all the hardware instead of taping them before painting. I have seen some boxes that were...
