Do they make some kind of counterweight or wrist harness or sliding handle or something to make it easier to use a hammer drill as a one handed wall drilling drill for hanging pictures, drywall, etc.?

Not enough outlets to avoid an extension cord unless I get a drill with a 12 foot cord. I thought my $100 limit was generous until now.

That's probably more expensive because I'd have to do the entire hallway for it to look right, and maybe the entire living room, and replacing the cables would be harder. Raceway Crown is removable but there's still the cost and apartment matching issue and I'm not sure I knew about it before...

Only half of one of the two walls that the cable is going across is hollow, and I want it user friendly for whoever the next tenant is. It may have to be replaced some day. I may run CAT 6 through it too.
