The uppers appear to e Gladiator. I have those mounted on Gladiator rails so they can be moved horizontally easily, I also have 6 ft free standing Gladiators. lol, My rule of thumb is the cabinet should not be more valuable than it's content.

It's a barn not a showroom. I vote Densify, seal and spend the 2000-3500 or so you save on more tools and gadgets. An epoxy floor does not help you complete any repair but 3500 worth of tools will.
