    Milwaukee vs. Gearhead Hand Tools

I would check NAPA and other local stores to find the closest store who sells and warranty their tools. Nothing better than taking a broken tool to a store 10 minutes away for no contest warranty replacement. Old Sears was great.... haven’t needed to warranty a tool in a long time.

Dry Lube for Spinning Tool Handles

Keep them clean and dry; they should last many years. I’m on the fence, but would do myself, use green slim on the O-ring to keep it protected.

    Rust when draining air compressor?

Can you recommend a sodering gun for under $75?

Check out the Hakka Model # 980-V12/P. It’s a simple iron with a turbo button. Been soldering for years and found this to be a great go-to iron for a many wiring applications.

Bought several different socket rails. What do you want to know?

I searched and choose Ernst rails.... standup well and I like the twist lock. Yes, some take a twist or two to break in, but once used they hold well and twist off easy.

Suaoki U18 Li-Ion Jump Pack review

No concerns with leaving the lipo battery in hot car for days on end? Lipos seem to loose charge over few months, add the heat, concerned they may have a problem. Anything you can say about it’s ability to stay safe in a hot trunk throughout a summer? I’ve wanted one for sometime, but...

    Comparing ceiling fans?

Thoughts on DC motor, from what I understand to be brushless, powered ceiling fans? Expensive, but I sure love brushless motors in my power tools and they should run silent.
