    Possible moisture problems

Thanks dcg. I may be over thinking this. I believe the owners of the larger building only heated and cooled the building on weekends and holidays. I could not find any mold or moisture problems. Will have to check out your dehumidify setting.

    Mini Split long term reliability/service

I had installed a Mitsubishi mini split in a 1000 sf commercial building that I own in early 1997. Zero problems with this unit. Very expensive, but not having to run duct work was a big selling point. It doesn't get used much in northern Michigan. The tenant of the last three years has been...

    Shop Build

I recently replaced the floor joists on my 8 X 12 storage building. The building was supported at the four corners by concrete blocks. The blocks were continually sinking and required re-leveling just about every year. I replaced the blocks with two 6x6-12 feet long. The soil under the building...

    Overseas Jack Rebuild Help Tutorial.

Thanks for the very well written process to repair these jacks. It encouraged me to attempt for a second time repair to my long frame jack which I originally attempted to fix several years ago and failed. The jack had been used very little and became unusable because it would not raise a load...

    Anyone own rental property?

Owned a building for about two years with 3 commercial and 3 residential tenants. Commercials were great. Same commercial tenants for the two years. Always paid rent on time with no problems. Even with personally checking prospective tenants, residentials were a nightmare. Problem with...
