Just bought this one in northern Colorado. Thinking of building more after discovering the unavailability of these. The second photo is the mezzzanine level I just built. Your looking at $69 per square ft. for this unit. Heated, Water, and 200Amp service.

I just purchased a 900sqft. industrial garage unit. Plan on building a loft in it around 16x18. Its a cool unit with 200 Amp service, Gas Heat, and water with drain already plumbed. Any input on ideas to make this a great space for my Electrical panel shop would be appretiated. Secondly I am so...

I live on a gravel road and driveway. Car and truck brings alot of mud and small rocks in. I assume race deck is not a good application for my floor?

Yes on the sams bins. I have electical-electronic parts in mine with the wheels. Very easy to move around. If you have a real shop ie. insulated and finished the dust is not an issue. Plus when you put a cover on any bin you never know what resides in it again.:pimpflash:headscrat
