Mike, what kind of fitting is that, that allows you to sandwich the sheet metal between? I need to mount an external air line from my compressor on my truck and bought some bulkhead fittings but you mount appears to have less connections than I would have with the bulkhead fitting.

I have some snap in plastic caps I found online. Took a bit to find them for the thick wall tubing. Just haven't put them in yet. I'll probably throw them on this weekend I was going to weld caps on but that sounded like too much work haha.

4x4s that have blocking into the joists. Pretty sturdy. The sail comes down quick for when storms roll through.

Yeah, id keep an eye on that if you get any wind. Thats a lot of leverage there to possibly tip those poles. Here's mine installed with the brackets posted above. They space the square tubing off the posts to clear the top cap. The square tubing unbolts from the brackets so i can take them down...

Finally got this tig thing figured out. Making some brackets to bolt to my deck posts to mount some tubing for a sun sail shade dealio. Shame to paint over them.

I have that same set of wrenches in my dad's box I inherited from him. :giggle: Actually now that I think about it, there might actually be a spare 1/2" in a box around here somewhere too. :ROFLMAO:

I finally ponied up and bought a corded Makita track saw with 2 55" tracks and TSO track connectors. Kicking myself for not getting one sooner. Definitely a game changer!

I used these kits on my garage doors. Used 3 kits to do my 2 garage doors in my attached 3 car garage. Helped tremendously. The come with slits on one side to make inserting easier. I just had to trim the width down on most panels...

I used the diablo steel demon on my 7-1/4 circular saw and it ate through 1/4" steel like butter. Should be plenty and last longer on your thin material.

All these bandsaw caster upgrades are making me want to get off my **** and fix mine. Inherited my dads 7" Rong Fu and it has a caster "cart" its sitting on but the casters are tiny like 1.5" wheels that are a pain to roll. Just need to figure out how to lift it off the cart. :LOL:
