    What roller to use

I would also use a 3/8 for a thicker coating. Regardless of what you end up using make sure you roll it on duck tape first to get all the lint off. I used one from Lowes and had no trouble. I would highly recommend getting a 18" wih a pole if you have a large area.

1/2 inch nap roller for thicker coat?

First, thanks for everyone's posts on this board, made things a lot easier for an epoxy noob. I finished epoxying half my basement (about 375 SqFt) with 3 gallons of norklad 200 solids epoxy, and preprimed with Devoe 167. It was barely enough so this time I got 4.5 gallons. I used a squeegee to...

I'm probably a little late but you might find this info useful on future projects. I had a similar problem with (black) mastic in my basement. I used a product by Karnak which worked great but way too expensive, then I found a soy based product called Bean-e-Doo by franmar that worked just as...

Finally My Epoxy floor is done!!!

Your floor looks great! Great idea for the spike shoes as well. Don't want to hijack your thread but was hoping you could help me out. I'm planning on using the light gray on my basement as well from epoxy-coat. Their site says the light gray requires two coats, did you have to apply two...
