    Hilmor? Adjustable torque wrench?

I actually bought this because of the very low torque values. Things that need 5 in/lbs. I ride mountain bikes, and many parts there are carbon, and require pretty accurate torque values. I bought a lot of tools a while back that came with a pass through socket set. The 1/4 and 3/8 adapter from...

    Welding helmet life

I have a bunch of helmets as well. My go to is my 3m 9100FX adflo. Next in line is my Miller Digital Elite. My top two for sure. I agree with the guy who said if you haven't used it in 6 years, probably don't buy another one. Hopefully it still works.

    Best Equipment for Lot Clearing

I'd prefer a 15k lb excavator with a thumb and a back blade. You can push over most trees safely with a bit of cutting, the back blade isn't the best for grading, but it is definitely suitable once you figure it out. I would personally want something on the heavier side if your trees are of a...

    Impact wrenches should be banned!

I'll third the torque sticks. They are the best. Especially when swapping to my winter wheels on my truck. 32 lugs takes forever without them. I've also used an IR torque limited impact, which was equally great. Unlimited torque in reverse.

My HF Daytona jack vs Michelin (MVP) - pic heavy!

Had this exact problem with the yellow one. 3 year warranty worked well. New one doesn't have the problem, but I am not convinced these are super high quality yet.

    Hilmor? Adjustable torque wrench?

I was in my local pawn shop the other day, and in the case where they keep the snappy tools, was this strange digital adjustable torque wrench. They had it priced way too high, but after some haggling I walked out of the store with it, and a mac/harris cutting heating torch set (cutting tips...

Are you daft? Maybe reading comprehension isn't your strong suit haha. What in your eyes does "could make upwards of 125cfm mean? In my eyes, everything is fluid. I may use this pump head, with a different motor, on a different tank, in a different configuration. You've now told me twice that...

I really like being a lurker.... but.....

Right, there isn't a pump head listed there which is near as big as this one. This is the largest listed. 462TVX Number of Cycles 4 Bore LP/HP 5.5 & 3 Stroke 5 HP Range 15, 20 & 25 Speed RPM - 1750 Motor 522 / 775 PSI 60 to 200 Normal Free CFM 50 / 82 That is a solid 3" less stroke than the...

I really like being a lurker.... but.....

Larry, seems you are a champion of word twisting. No, what I am saying is HP numbers alone do not dictate the volume of air that a compressor can flow. I am no mathamagician, but even my feeble mind knows that there are far more variables at play than even the above linked site take into...

I really like being a lurker.... but.....

I've read this before here. HP numbers don't dictate CFM. Thats a pretty crude generalization at best. This is a very large reciprocating compressor. I understand how a RPC works, Have several 25hp motors I can choose from for a very reasonable price. Could get an RPC up and running for...
