Diagram I think this came out of a poor downspout. It drops between a sidewalk that steps up above grade to the front door. It doesn't go underground, just spills out on the sidewalk.

Another large benefit from the 11% sales is they can save on store payroll; not needing to set the add (price tags on shelf) every week.

As far as electric goes this 4000w in wall heater is working well for me. I keep it at around 40deg and have the garage well insulated. A ceiling fan or two would help spread the air around.
