There was a lift of that name from the 1980's. If I recall it was made in Canada and at least some were sold by Bear Automotive of Milwaukee WI.
You might try contacting SVI in Chicago. They seem to have about as much knowledge of lifts as anybody we have dealt with.
See what fluid is already in the tank. If it is clear/amber'ish it is 10w anti foaming hydraulic oil. If it is red it is Dexron III atf fluid. I'm not sure if they are interchangeable (I wouldn't). Challenger has a good tech service department and would be able to give you further help.
