As a former short & long term renter, why improve someone elses property??? does it really matter what the floor looks like when you will be moving in a year?

pattenp: T12 HO cold start lamps are exempt and will still be available. If you have T12 HO fixtures, don't sweat, you can still get lamps. Awesome to hear! I can't recommend the HO lights any more, the light output is amazing!!! I now have what looks like a brightly lit laboratory in my garage...

agreed, they look great, I plan on using them in my garage (roughly 20 feet of cabinetry). I will be using lowers, upper wall cabinets, one or two of the 72x30s. Funny thing is- at the Lowes near me, the 2 drawer they had on display was broken...that cabinet in particular seemed flimsy, but...
