Threw together a wall tire rack. Will probably end up tieing it into the ceiling joists for extra support. Having the 2 stock wheels and unmounted radials is probably going to be the heaviest it's going to see at one time
I use my back up camera on my Chevy SS and judge where to line up with B pillar with my junk along the wall, for my wife's subaru which is way smaller i have a tape line on the floor to line up with the lines on the back up cam along with some metal pieces welded up as a chocks
Well I posted a few months ago here about IDing a Wilton vise my mother in law had laying around and I finally have it home in my garage. It's a 1990s 400s wiht 4" jaws. I cant say that I'm not super excited about it. Also scored some odds and end tools including some left hand drill bits
I keep my charcoal in the bag in one of closets, there's my gun safe in the same one so I keep a dehumidifying silica gel box in there too. It's a win win, not that I try and let it get humid in the house lol
I'm acquiring the vise from my mother in law next time I go up her parts of the country. It's a '90s Wilton 400s, probably going to get bolted to my roll around box unless I rearrange my garage again
Thank you!
Hi names James, I joined after some lurking and getting info on a vise. I'm an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force and I work on my cars and motorcycle. I recently bought a house so I'm still trying to get the right setup in my garage.
Hey y'all. I've been lurking on here for a bit trying to ID a Wilton vise my mother in law has in her garage that she is giving me, can anyone tell me what model it is? She lives 12 hours away and this the only picture I got of it and I don't want to bother her over and over about it. Thanks!
