thermostat is Honeywell RTH6350D1000 PROGAMMABLE 5-2 DAY MODEL I see no adjustments any ideas

I have a frigidare G6RA 80 percent furnace and I just noticed the furnace cycles constantly when it reaches the selected temp on thermostat. it will stay on for a long as it takes if you select a higher temp on the thermostat for as long as 30-40 mins to reach that temp with no stoppage...

furnace is a frigidare gas model g6ra it is about 5 yrs old. after problem started replaced thermostat no help. cleaned flame sensor and checked it is working normal. all limits switches are good does not trip high limit switch. furnace starts normal and runs for about 3 minutes then flame...

my furnace cycles on and off . it runs 10 minutes then shuts down for ten minutes and then starts again for 10 minutes contuinues the same way . any ideas?
