lookin' good! The top 2 end cab drawers on mine looked like a 500LB gorilla stomped on them. I must have gotten 20 pounds of random bolts, gaskets etc.. just out of those drawers. I fitted ball bearing slides because the sheet metal was so torn up:eek:

I would start with some slide maintenance to see if that would help. if the drawers are hard to open/pull, check the slides. if a bunch of junk is built up in them, a thorough clean up will really help with the drawer function. Snap On can help searching out replacement parts if need be. I have...

nice buy- I have a 537 and its a pretty cool box. not awesomely huge space wise, but the long, narrow drawers can hold all kinds of junk. the stickers were.. uh.. a lot. When I got my boxes all the stickers went bye bye. Enjoy!

Sounds like its going to be a sweet set up! I've not figured out what I want to do with my taco wagon, its sure cool to look at though! My father in law is a master carpenter/wood worker and is going to make a top for it.
