I race lawn mowers and all the guys in my club say a 110 version is plenty. I think a 220 would be a better option but I would have to do some electrical to get a 220 plug put in. I know several who use the hobart 140 and love it.

Yes I prefer cat 5 over wireless especially on new construction. I have tried a few wireless things in the past but I am happier with quality of hard wired speakers and cameras.

I would love one of those fans but they are so expensive. I will put plugs for wall mounted fans though. I will have power for undercab lights also. I am not sure I will ever put a tv out there though? I almost forgot the security camera wires. And some speaker wires. Sounds like your dad...
