Dipan, I am planning on buying the same Bendpak lift for my new garage. When planning for placement of the lift I was struggling a bit with the proper distance to place the post from the wall. Can you tell me how far off the wall you have the left post? Thanks!

The colder it gets outside the larger the gap I get between my garage door and the seals. Anyone else experience this? I am leaning towards the brush seal solution for this.

Slab is a little over a year old with no grease, etc. 5 stall garage. Basically a clean slate. I am in Lincoln, NE.

Called a local business who does epoxy and other types of concrete staining, etc. to get a bid for my 1400 sq ft garage. They quoted me $3.60/sq ft for gray epoxy ("Rock-Tred") with UV clear coat (no flakes). Looks like the majority of the cost is in the labor. What do you guys think of the bid?
