    30x40 building where to buy?

I am looking to buy materials to put up a 30x40 building, mostly just for covered parking as all my cars have to sit outside. So who have you guys used? any good deals or any companies to steer clear of? Thanks in advance, John

Tall Wall Storage pics? Needing examples of vertical space utilization

Iv'e got this, maybe not what you're looking for, but it works for me. Sorry for the mess, these were the only pics I had on file. My ceiling is 14' at the peak and about 9' on the back wall. I made sure I secured the cabinets to the wall very well so I could stack stuff I don't need to get...

    Good use of space

A friend of mine did it and I thought the same thing but I used his and it works just fine. I might try to mount the brace thing back on there, but you usually don't really need it. The grinder doesn't know what way it is facing, and all the chips/wire/shavings just launch toward the floor. I...

    Good use of space

Update on my cabinet situation. I have them all painted and mounted, still trying to find another one for over the air conditioner, and I just made a new bench under the 2 cabinets on the right side wall. That corner is sort of useless, so now it's not and I finally have something I can mount...

What would you include in a new garage!

What I like in my garage is the floor is 6-7 inches thick and I have fiberglass in it. The glass makes it fuzzy at first but the floor is 8 years old now and no little spider cracks. I also made an area on the wall where I put a shelf with a row of outlets, very handy to plug in rechargeable...

    Tips & Tricks

Re: Tips & Tricks When trying to isolate an oil leak, clean the area and spray it wit cheap foot powder. It dries a chalky white and the offending leak will show itself. Also when removing a broken bolt, drill a hole ad instead of using an easy out, beat a torx socket bit into the hole. The...

    50's metal kitchen cabinets?

The 2 on the left are 14x6 ET's and the 2 on the right are 15x3.5 Fenton Gyro's or my Roadster..... Eventually.

    50's metal kitchen cabinets?

Thanks! I painted them with an appliance paint, Biscuit is the color, didn't want them to be plain old white. The intake is for my 27 T Roadster project if I ever get it off the ground.... Going for a Y block, 4 speed and a Columbia 2 speed rear from a 39 Lincoln.

    Good use of space

I do love the Car-b-que. Anyway, like I said before, only one car at a time in the garage, mostly looking for ideas for the small stuff I guess. I need to remove some stuff from the loft to make it more useful.
