Thanks for the links guys. I will definitely look into those if I can't come up with a quicker solution. I wonder why I didn't think of cutting one down. Only problem is I don't weld as of yet. I have a little flux core welder I picked up to learn on, but never got around to trying it out...

Does anyone make a tap and die set that contains shorter than normal tap? I have to tap a hard to get to hole and my normal taps are just too long to line up perfectly. Thanks for any help in advance.

The thing is that I'm really not interested in it. I found it mixed in with my in laws old tools that he just left behind after we bought the house from them. Trying to determine if it's something I can sell, and if so, what would be a fair asking price.

Make a long story short, I inherited many tools (mostly rusted, broken, and made in China) from my father in law when my wife and I bought the house from him. I've gone through most of the basement, two sheds and attic. I have came across a few gems, but I'm a little stumped over this one...
