    This drives me crazy!

That's just the free market things are worth what people are willing to pay for them. It's morally wrong to allow a sucker to keep his money. -W C Fields

    One car garage remodel

Tonight I finally talked my electrician buddy in to helping me wire up some lights. We put in 3 48" 2 bulb fixtures and it made a world of difference. Here are a few phone pictures. Also here is a picture of an old metal cabinet I salvaged out of a house a friend bought to redo. I stripped off...

    Sears, their business Ideas.

I feel the same way. It used to be the highlight of my trips to the mall but today it's just sad. I know even Rome fell but I just hate to see a place that I one enjoyed so much and did so much business with in the shape it is in. My last visit to Sears to get a few items replaced ended 45...

    Proto Warranty

I sent them a few Proto and Blackhawk items (about 10 I think) a couple weeks ago. They sent me back my replacements in about a week. Call them at 800-800-TOOL and they will get you fixed up. As much as I hate to give Stanley credit for anything they did a great job of taking care of my warranty.

are Craftsman Pro screwdrivers anywhere near Snap-on quality??

I have had a set for several years as well as the Snap On ones. If the Craftsman pro are the best you can afford they are pretty nice drivers and fine for DIY. If you have the money and it doesn't bother you to spend it the Snap On ones are clearly better. My main issue with the Craftsman ones...

    Am I a Craig's list wishful thinker?

Yea not much is selling here I have bought some boxes of tools worth the money several times. I knew the drill bits would be a long shot and the rest of the stuff I guess is too. There is a limited group of people that know what tools like that are worth and have a need for them and an even more...

    Am I a Craig's list wishful thinker?

I listed some tools yesterday on Craigslist and another local classified site yesterday and haven't receive any calls or emails. I priced them at what I though was reasonable but maybe I am asking the moon or would be better off on Ebay. I was trying to avoid the time consuming process of...
