I sent them a few Proto and Blackhawk items (about 10 I think) a couple weeks ago. They sent me back my replacements in about a week. Call them at 800-800-TOOL and they will get you fixed up. As much as I hate to give Stanley credit for anything they did a great job of taking care of my warranty.

I have had a set for several years as well as the Snap On ones. If the Craftsman pro are the best you can afford they are pretty nice drivers and fine for DIY. If you have the money and it doesn't bother you to spend it the Snap On ones are clearly better. My main issue with the Craftsman ones...
