Yes the ceiling IS a pain,.....but since you have done drywall before, U also know that it ain't as bad when you have a second person there to help U manhandle it. :cool:

I would agree with that 100%. One tip, I would put an outlet real close to the front opening of the garage, always nice not to have to walk all the way into the garage when you are working outside. and if U live in a wet climate U may want a GFCI...but maybe not, they are more $. But i am...

I really liked something that my buddy did with his garage, aside from building a ton of cabinets, with a built in wash basin, etc he built cabinets that go down the center of the ceiling the entire length of his garage. He has a two car garage w/two doors, so the cabinets are hung neatly...

I insulated mine (I think it is 18'x8') with polystyrene and all I did was ajust the sensativity, because it did add weight and the door would stop because it would trip the safety because of the resistance. Adjusted the sensitivity and it is fine. I actually didn't have to adjust it too much...
