    Kreg ToolBoxx

Sweet! Good to see that there are other Versions. Thanks for the Tips guys. I wasn't aware of that. The Kreg brand screws do seem to be a bit on the expensive side, so it may be a decent deal after all for the shallow kreg box. I'll have to take a few moments after work today and calculate...

    Kreg ToolBoxx

Not sure if this would be considered a Hot Deal, but it is to me so I figured I would share it. Heck of a price on this box of hardware. I'll be picking up three when I get my taxes back...Hopefully before the 11th :D Any woodworkers out there with a Kreg System will appreciate this one...

    Above 1200 Sq/FT Doing things our way. 50x100 house/shop

Haha...gah been a rough week. IMO only the cement portion of the concrete mix is sloping :D Everything else is an illusion. Regardless, this is one heck of a build! I will continue to follow this one!

    Above 1200 Sq/FT Doing things our way. 50x100 house/shop

Looking at this shot. It appears as if the apron is concaved? Is that just an illusion of the image or does the cement actually curve from shop down then back up to the barrier on right? Place is absolutely amazing! I just found your post today, as I have been away for a while.

    Not Garage...but building question

Okay, I think I am in agreement with what most are saying here. I will go ahead and pull the Smart Siding off. The only real dilemma is that the nailing flange on either end of the board overlaps/under laps the preceding and consecutive board. I would really rather have this done right then...

    Not Garage...but building question

The exterior siding is LP Smart Siding installed with Galvanized ring shank nails. Will be almost impossible to pull the siding off. I understand how to frame the window in. I guess I misworded my question. I already have the window it is an insulated vinyl window with nailing flange on all...

    Not Garage...but building question

I have been remodeling a 1984 Mobile home and made a big error a couple months back while siding the exterior. Looking for any help some of you may have in this predicament. This image contains a question. I made a mistake and neglected to frame in for the bedroom window where the insulation...

Modular, low ceiling car shop suggestions

I can't help you with your question, but the only dumb question is the one not asked. However I would speak with your electrician about that when you take your walk through with them. I am sure that it is safely disconnected at the other end, but definitely something to bring up to him.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Nothing I hate more than the rear coolant fittings on chevy vehicles. Of the few I have done in my limited time all but one broke off due to corrosion. Granted it was probably from previous owner abuse, but still a pain in the rear.

    What are you **** about?

Hmmm seems as if I may be the strange one of this site. I have nothing that I can think of to be **** about. I am sure once I have my garage built that will change. I guess I am just far too laid back to be **** about anything. I have various pet peeves but I wouldn't consider that being ****.

    Let's See Your Garage Dog

While I don't have a shop just yet, my pups do enjoy working with me in the shed and driveway. The little one has been with me since before my daughter was born. The small one we rescued because the female owner said that her husband was about to plastic bag the litter into the river. My wife...

Just moved into my new shed!

You are doing quite well for 17. The place looks amazing, and I can't wait to see what else you get done to it.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

While I don't have a Garage, I do have a small work shed. I started to do some more cleaning of the area, and moved my 350 engine over the 4 inches I had left to give me just enough leg room to walk through the door. Looking forward to eventually building my pole barn.

    My Little 8' x 12'

So while I am keeping my pole barn build on hold to get my house done, I decided that I would get my small shed back into shape. It started out as an 8 x 12 build to house whatever I needed it to house. The main downside of this build is the 5x5 pump house obliterating one whole corner of the...

Need Drawers for an old Craftsman Box.

930dreamer - can you post a link for that box. I know it's not the right one, but it's a start. LB-1911 - I have seen that post on jalopyjournal and a few others that are like it. May have to message the folks and try to gather information from them on the model/numbers of box. zkling - I'm...
