Meh, I had to make my first set of picks from Feeler Stock, layed out in sharpie then grind to shape... Diamond, bypass etc... after that I was allowed to get a real set of picks... never used a gun or vibro... nor bump keys or that stuff... Its easy once you get the hang of it.

So like 4 entities COULD have caught the fraud but they accepted on cert, it takes 10 seconds these days to shoot the material with the Xray gun and find out what it is and when you are working with $700Million the cost of that gun is minimal... We used one a LOT at my former job.
