I am spending the next few months wrapping up the siding and beams, staining the concrete in the lounge area, mezz etc. Will hopefully be clean and presentable by that time....

I have three very similar ones I am doing (see my thread on my build) how did you bend the goosenecks. I bought (then returned) a hand pipe bender but it was next to im possible to achieve that bend. I bought (then returned) a cheap harbor freight style hydraulic unit...bent like ****, so...
I thickened the slab for the mezz posts and the 2 post lift. I dug out the sand for 3 x 3 pads thickened to about 10-12 inches. The rest of the slab is 4-5 inches with WWM reinforcing and sawcut control joints roughly 12' but aligned to bays and doors. No cracks at all cept one by the mandoor...
If it is a new floor slab with no grease etc on it just an acid etch will do it. i just did my new slab with 100% solids epoxy and it came out great! Be sure to wait at least 30 days or/and do a moisture test.
Don't forget that's close to 2000 sf of material at that pitch, shop is 1200 sf plus eaves plus portico out front. And I have three or so sheets left over for a lean to on the side If I want.
Started on the hardy board the other day. 6-1/4 board with 5" exposure...onward....
