Ok here's a update. I bright home some electronics cleaner and blasted the motor then pulled the capacitors and idk what but something has made them it's home and laid eggs and after cleaning that out it runs a lot better Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So basically the latest is, I talked the guy down to $150 and he claims it works great and he just put new belts and pulleys on it. Not to sure about the new pulleys but whatever. The biggest thing is it's over a hour and half drive to get it. Should I keep looking or is it worth the drive?

Spray foam on the inside? We had a quote along time ago to have the building foamed but the guy said the roof had to be sealed or it would just seep through the foam and cause even more problems. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
