Does it work good? I saw some of those on Ebay. How was the quality. I dont mind spending more for something that will stick around.

One of my guys asked if I could find one of these... I looked on Ebay and found about 20, but no brand name ones. He says he got one a long time ago off a truck. Do you have one? Any Recommendations?
