Webcamxp is a good one. It is simple to set up. I have a couple of cameras inside and outside. One of my logitech cameras has been under the eave in the elements with no enclosure for 5 years, and has amazingly survived 5 winters now. I have 9 cameras in total, 3 are webcams, 2 are video cameras...
