The white Gibson V in the above pic has EMG 89s. It was my main guitar for a couple decades. Very versatile pickups, and zero noise. Just gotta change out the battery when they start coughing. I actually broke the neck off it once, and discovered it had an air bubble in the joint. Played/sounded...

That almost makes me ashamed of my shed, but then I didn't build it.

    Above 1200 Sq/FT My new garage build! 30x50 !

It's not much more $ to replace the whole bar. Saves enough labor to make it worth it IMHO. Owning an OBS Ford truck taught me to avoid cheap pads/rotors, and use the parking brake. If you don't the rears fall out of adjustment so then your only using the fronts, and they will glaze/warp from...

Below 265 SQ/FT DRIVESITFAR IS GETTING ORGANIZED in his 9x15 portion of 2 car garage. DIY’s & COOL VI

Don't write off the cherries just yet. When we've planted them they eventually try to consume all available space, and keep sending up volunteers long after you've ripped them out. Deck is looking fantastic. You have concrete there. I would fab up some square tube support posts, and fasten 'em...

Is that Brittany Morrow's bike I see there? Met her once at a gas station on the central coast.

    Audio help

If you get a BT capable receiver whether AIO or a simple adapter to RCA all you have to do is pair it, and away you go. I actually use a cheap FM stereo transmitter hooked to my main stereo in the living room to broadcast to the entire property, and any neighbors within a 1/2 mile or so if...

I see you did the gold hardware thing. Not usually a fan of that, but it looks good here! Hopefully it plays nice.

I like the texture it has. Lets you know it's actually wood. That's pretty close on the color match too. Red is notoriously difficult. My bikes are a hodge-podge of panels from different bikes that were all the same color yet all a little different to the trained eye.

Looks to be some type of mahogany-like wood judging from the grain. Not a big fan of green, but I think if you use chrome controls/pickups it will look good. Not that I'm a fan of Vs or anything....

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

When my dad would find a dead bug in malfunctioning equipment on a road call he'd say he found the problem: the engineer died. Looks like it's been pretty smokey up your way from perusing the GOES pictures.

    The New Atomic World HQ

We did a pretty good purge when we had to move twice back in '23. Still I was going through stuff a while back, and thinking I didn't remember moving all this ****, but then haven't been here long enough to collect it all. I'll be retiring in Dec so next year I'll have plenty of time to unload a...

You can also pull the plug on the water trap, and let it drain while you get other things ready.

I save the old races/bearings, and grind 'em down a bit for clearance. The heat/freeze trick helps a lot.

Replaced the trailer receptical on the Tool Box Truck™. Cleared the TBC fault code. We'll see if it comes back.
