    I don’t think the MK808 does bidirectional controls. I have an MP808TS that I’m very happy with that has all the features you’re looking for plus a TPMS tool built in.

    Network cable from house to detached garage

    The garage in the OP has its own service coming from a different pole than the other building. There would be no connection between the buildings’ ground rods.
