I did some cleaning up. We have someone coming to look at the house tomorrow and it was only listed on Tuesday. So that's good news.

I appreciate the compliment. I have some cleanup and gravel to put on the ground and then it'll be really done. Looking at the house we like one more time then putting in an offer. Can't wait.

Prepping the house to sell. Had to redo the deck. Wish I had taken a picture of the deck before I started tearing it apart. And the finished product. Not bad for someone that doesn't really do any wood work.

Been busy working on this thing. Finally tore it all down and will be cleaning everything up real good and replacing the gaskets, rings, timing guides, and the tensioner. Didn't notice any damage besides a funny looking ring. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
