Here's the bumper all installed. I poked a hole in my sidewall so I bought some more 34" tsl

I flopped it playing out on a buddies property
Found some 36" iroks and put them on. Truck looks way better this way I think
I then bought a Tacoma rear end with 4.88 and an e locker. Added a disk brake kit
Then after all of this work. I decided I wanted to daily something else. So I sold the truck, bought a daily, and then bought a 73 bronco. Put some 39.5 on it, cut the fenders, and started an exo cage.

Yeah that was back in my wheeling days. I'm actually trying to buy an extended cab Tacoma off my dad to build another wheeler out of.

I take it that you do not have the Bronco anymore. That looked like it was a "fun" ride. I've seen a couple of them preform in the mud. They hold their own very well. At the risk of ******* someone off, I'll say I'd rather have that than a Jeep.

Yeah I sold the bronco a few years ago to my uncle. He sold it shortly after.
The only things I have left are the square body, the boat, 4wheeler and my unshown 68 Camaro.

I was really nervous about the lucchese boots because I couldn't find a pair that fit right. Ended up with a pair of giant alligator boots in a half size bigger than I normally wear.

Well it's been a while. Haven't really done much. I somehow blew the head gasket/warped the exhaust port plates on my outboard so I'll be doing a tear down/write up of how to fix that.

I also have had my eye on a sxs for quite some time now and finally got a chance to get one. It's a 2013 Polaris ranger xp900 limited edition with satv 6" lift, gdp 12% gear reduction, epi mudder clutch, snorkels, and some 34.5" outlaws.
Here it is in my buddies cow pasture. Stock rzr for comparison

Well some unplanned maintenance has to be done to the ranger. I started checking all the bearings and bushings and wouldn't you know it, that slight wobble in the wheel bearing turned into a full on shake on both rear wheels, the passenger front wheel, and the axle on the passenger side front broke the cage but is somehow still holding on. So rear wheel bearings, one front wheel bearing, and one axle.
This shows just how tall it really is. I'm only 5'6" so everything looks huge compared to me.
Here it is in comparison to my Chevy on 39.5

I didn't take any pictures of the actual tear down, but it's only 6 bolts and the hub comes off.
Both sides done
Yes there are jack stands under there.
Played around with the 34.5. Here they are next to my foreman 500 on 30" silverbacks
And I also built a half windshield today
I'm going to tear down the front tomorrow. So pictures will have to wait.

All I have is a picture of the broken cv axle and then it all done and assembled. Sorry guys. To get the old axle out I had to tie a strap to it, then tie another knot and insert a hammer into the loop and ******. ^broken
ohhh shiny new upgraded axles.
all put back together.

Dude those wheels are crazy on that Ranger! Do they bog it down at all?

No I actually think it's a little more torquey than stock. But it has an epi mudder primary clutch and 12% gear reduction.

We went for a day ride at Boggs and boulders in south Alabama and man did we have a good time. Found this can am about 20 minutes from camp propped up on a yeti
Then found some of the deepest holes I could find. Some had no bottom exhibit a
Exhibit b
And the aftermath of exhibit c
Climbed a few hills
And even rescued a 570 crew that was hydro locked. Sorry no pictures of that presently.

Haha there was a guy riding around in a kubota. There's almost always a bypass trail around the deep holes

Been busy working on this thing. Finally tore it all down and will be cleaning everything up real good and replacing the gaskets, rings, timing guides, and the tensioner. Didn't notice any damage besides a funny looking ring.

I got it put back together
Added a new light bar and took off my 40"
Added some new light switches and a backup light
Got a new welder, plate break, and a snap on tool cart
Picked up an Ashley heater to heat the garage, here it is being burnt since it's been sitting so long
And tore down my old wooden work benches since they were in the way and the shop is being redone anyway

Hm guess I am a little behind in posting. Let's see.
I left work at the factory I was working at to start running a body shop. No more 7 day shifts. So we have spent more time together.
We have gone fishing
Installed the wood heater from last year with some insulation
I let all of alabama know I wasn't scared of any 'naders
We rode (and broke our sxs)
I decorated for Christmas
And I brought home my camaro.

Then promptly test fitted my wheels and tires

It'll be a while. Sadly we are prepping our house to sell so we can move closer to our jobs. Good news is I'll get to build the shop I want.

And the finished product. Not bad for someone that doesn't really do any wood work.
