I talked to the bank, they require, from the general, lien waviers (either complete or partial) from all the subs listed on the sworn statement. They require this before they issue a draw. They agreed to send me the waivers they have up to this point in time.
Who has the construction loan...
My bank conducts regular inspections to insure the value of the loan does not exceed the value of the new construction, I'm guessing that involves a performance bond. But I'm guessing that doesnt guarantee the subs are getting paid.
How do I insure my general contractor is paying the sub-contractors? If I understand correctly, if a sub fails to get paid, they can place a lien on my new construction. Please help me understand what that means and steps I can take to protect myself.

In a new house design, I have a garage opening of 28'. My builder (not an engineer) seems to think we'll need an I beam 18" high to hold the roof load. Anybody here span that kind of distance? What did you use?
thanks BurgerKong, the exploded view will come in handy if I ever find someone that supplies parts. I was surprised at the newness of the manual (rev '99), yet Champion does not recognize the pump as theirs.
I think you've nailed it. Looks like the CAW1. Alot of the images in your attached document look similiar to my pump. According to the Mccenzie site, the CAW1 has (2) 2.75 dia pistons and (1) 1.75dia. There got to be a stock piston out there that will fit this thing...
A little help please... I recently purchased the pump as part of a package including a Baldor1.5 hp motor and a 60 gallon Devilbiss tank dated 1964. I suspect the pump is not original to the package.
I get the pump home and discover it has a piston/rod that is destroyed. Therefore, I need...
