I'm re-organizing the garage and couldn't get a full shot of the cabinet, but here is 1 full door. The 1x3 trim has a lip routed in it and slides in a groove routed in the upper and lower 2x4.
I cut the white material with a handheld circular saw, and its screwed to the back of the 1x3 trim...
I made some sliding doors for a storage cabinet using this material, and framed it with 1x3 to reduce the flex:

The acetone will clean off oil from your fingers and dirt/dust that will not allow the label to adhere properly.
those are bigger labels and should have good holding power, sometimes I will put clear packing tape over the labels to give protection to the label and have more sticky surface area...
Use spacer blocks in addition to a level when mounting the rails to your wall. I used scrap 1x3 or 1x4 pieces to keep spacing consistent. that way you can move things anywhere, even the heavier items that use 2 rails for hanging.

When I put the needed socket on the wrench, I hand spin it to make sure its ratcheting the desired direction. needs no looking, and my hands are in the correct place for the quick check.

As Milton suggested, look at mesh wifi options. there are a more than a few companies with good hardware out now at various price ranges.
depending on your (or a friends) knowledge of network configuration, it may require replacing your in house main unit with a compatible pack of 2-3 wifi...
