As far as the coin pattern flooring goes its ok in my daycare, but its a pain to clean. Most kennels actually install it upside down and use it in much smaller spaces. the coin pattern traps a ton of dirt. i can get you pictures if you want as i bought it from you if you. what are the options...

Best way to seal floors and also get a decent look? needs to hold up to urine/chemicals as it will be in a kennel. I like the look of medici floors but i cant afford 12k on the flooring. My main goal is sealing the floor, if i can get a stained floor look that would be the icing on the cake.

Bought 9 of these this week at $1100 a kennel. Got them used but at a 1/3 the price of new!!! not exactly what i wanted but i saved to much money to care.

I'm not allowed to have a septic system all dog waste will go to city sewer. I have to have sand traps ( or something like that) to collect dog hair. my pre fab kennels have a elevated floor with Pvc drains. I have places for framed out kennels, that wont have a drain or gutter in them...

Also, if anyone is wondering why this building is 5 feet higher then the existing building, its because the city required me to build out of the 500 year flood plain. The old building sits right at the 100 year.
