Huh, that's weird. All the bed frames I have seen have 90's, just like angle... All the steel in that is stripped down bed frame including the corners. The main rails were 1.5x1.5 I think, and 1.25x1.25 for the support stringers. No pic of construction, but here's one without the top:

Well since I referenced this thread when deciding on what to use a couple old bed frames for, I figured I'd bring it back up to show what I ended up making... Drill press stand with storage underneath and behind, incorporating a free machinist box I had. Yeah it's big and the press is tiny...

I actually noticed that yesterday; compared his pics to Internet pics, but that could be an international thing. A lifetime ago I worked in shipping/receiving and we had various colored labels for differet situation.

I'm a little ebay-slow... how can you see his purchase history? Edit: too slow LOL. Also I think that ebay's username hidding thing changes. Look at feedback left to him, then go to the listing and look at the feedback count of who left the comment. Different codes.

wouldn't this apply?: U.S. made goods returning to the United States are usually eligible for duty-free treatment. The provision 9801.00.10 in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) allows U.S. made products to return to the U.S. without duty requirements.

Well this drama got this lurker to come out of the woodwork... I bought one skeptically. Just asked him what's up with the shipping address and weight and this is his response: Dear mxxxxxxx, No not out of Vancouver.. the Vancouver Ship from is just a return address in the case of defect...
