They replaced the previously wet roof boards and charged me $100. Since I can't get on the roof by myself I guess that's a good deal!

Trusses are going up today -- -wow that was fast!! It is starting to take shape and my wife is getting a better picture of what this will look like. Thankfully she likes it and is ready to "go pick out colors" which is her gift and NOT mine!

The first wall is going up today! The floor is poured in the crawl space under the new floor and the new front porch is almost done. No steps anywhere will be amazing!!:shocking:
