2000# lifts & wheelchair access

So I have been struggling to find a lift that works for me to work on my Polaris RZR and Deere Garden tractor and not take up the entire garage and... usable for a guy in a wheelchair. The primary issue is that the RZR is about 1900 lbs.

I am leaning towards the SC-2k at the link below unless someone else has a better idea.

Heftee lifts are nice too, if you could find one used it would be affordable.
